This beautiful Young Chang 5’2” baby grand piano has just arrived at our Menchey Music Service piano gallery location in Lancaster, PA.

This elegant instrument is finished in classic and timeless traditional cherry.

This model G-157D was purchased brand new by the original owner in 1988 and has been exquisitely maintained in like-new condition in a smoke-free local residence. It is truly a lovely instrument, and will add elegance and grace to any home environment. The sound is rich and full and the action is responsive to every musical expression. This Young Chang grand would be a great investment in quality and performance.

In 1956, three brothers — Jai-Young, Jai-Chang, and Jai-Sup Kim — founded Young Chang and began selling Yamaha pianos in Korea under an agreement with that Japanese firm. In 1964 Yamaha and Young Chang entered into an agreement in which Yamaha helped Young Chang set up a full-fledged manufacturing operation. In 1975 the arrangement ended when Young Chang decided to expand domestically and internationally under its own brand name, thus becoming a competitor. Today, Young Chang is owned by Hyundai Corporation and is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of fine pianos.

This instrument has been thoroughly inspected and detailed by our technical staff. Preparation includes removal of all keys to clean the key bed, cleaning and sterilizing the key-tops, vacuuming the inside cavity and back of the instrument, tuning, action regulation and cabinet detailing.

The purchase price includes a lovely matching bench and one free tuning in your home. We can arrange professional delivery by our professional piano movers for a very reasonable cost.
