When families rent a band or orchestra instrument from Menchey Music, they’re getting more than an instrument. Our rental program is designed to give students a reliable, properly adjusted instrument along with the support they need throughout the school year.
From the first day of band or orchestra, we help make sure students are set up with the right instrument, the right fit, and the right accessories so they can focus on learning and building confidence.
Maintenance and Protection Along the Way
Students are learning, and everyday wear is part of the process. Our rental program includes ongoing support, with optional maintenance and replacement protection to help keep students playing throughout the year.
That support can include:
General maintenance and tune-ups
Valve adjustments and slide alignment
Pad and cork repairs
String sizing guidance for growing students
When an issue comes up, our in-house repair team is here to help get students back to playing as quickly as possible. Having that support close by gives families and educators peace of mind and helps prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones.
Support That Grows With Your Student
Students change as they grow, and their instruments may need to change with them. String players may need to move into a larger instrument size. Other students may eventually upgrade equipment, explore a different instrument, or need additional support as they progress.
At Menchey Music, we work closely with families, students, and local music educators throughout that journey. Our team is here for more than the initial rental. We’re here for the lessons, rehearsals, recitals, concerts, repairs, and milestones that follow.
