We have just received this very nice Yamaha model GH-1B polished ebony 5’3″ grand piano at our Menchey Music Piano Gallery in Timonium, MD. It is from a local one-owner non-smoking home and is in excellent condition. This particular piano was built new in year 1999 and has been exquisitely maintained. The sound is magnificent and the cabinet is in like-new condition. This is a “Made for USA Destination” instrument meaning that the components have been climatically seasoned for destination for the USA climate to maintain longevity during seasonal changes.

The GH-1B, one of Yamaha’s most compact and affordable grand pianos, is a popular choice where space is somewhat limited but where quality and performance is a “must”. Even at 5’3″ it has a full and resonant tone comparable to many pianos substantially larger. Completely built in Japan, the GH-1B has come to epitomize the quality, performance and value for which Yamaha has long been renowned. Finished in polished ebony, this rare and hard to find instrument is beautiful in every respect.

All of our piano offerings are required to be quality-made pianos in excellent condition both inside and outside. This instrument has been thoroughly inspected and detailed by our professional technical staff. Preparation includes removal of all keys to clean the key bed, cleaning and sterilizing the key-tops, vacuuming the inside cavity and soundboard of the instrument, tuning, action regulation and cabinet detailing.

The purchase of this piano includes the matching bench and one free tuning in your home. We can make arrangements for delivery to your home by our professional piano movers for a very reasonable cost. Financing is available to qualified buyers.
