We have just received this exquisite Yamaha GA1E polished ebony (4’11”) baby grand piano at our Menchey Music location in Timonium, MD. It was purchased new in 2002 and located in a local non-smoking residence. The sound is magnificent and the cabinet is in pristine condition. This is a “Made for USA Destination” instrument meaning that the components have been climatically seasoned for destination for the USA climate to maintain longevity during our seasonal changes.

The tone of this instrument is crisp and clear in all registers. The bass register speaks with a surprisingly full rich tone for a piano of its size. The piano is very pleasing to play since everything is regulated to factory specifications and the voicing is clear and even across all registers.

This piano is a rare find since it is a late model Yamaha that is cosmetically, mechanically and sonically close to brand new condition.
