The following is a list of our current woodwind and brass instrument teachers at our York location.

Ian Petruzzi

• Bachelors from the Cleveland Institute of Music
• Masters from the Yale School of Music
• Performer’s Certificate from Indiana University
• Performances with several symphony orchestras including the Los Angeles Philharmonic
• Minimum Age Required: 9+

John Antosh

• served as Clarinet and Saxophonist with Navy Bands across the US and Europe
• Instruments Taught: clarinet, alto sax
• Minimum Age Requirement: 9+

Patrick Hawes

• served as Clarinet and Saxophonist with Navy Bands across the US and Europe
• Instruments Taught: clarinet, alto sax
• Minimum Age Requirement: 9+

Darryl Smeltzer

• Taught 36 years in the Spring Grove area School district, and 30+ years teaching privately
• Instruments Taught: flute, clarinet, alto sax, trumpet, trombone, baritone
• Minimum Age Requirement: 10+
