The following is a list of our current fretted instrument teachers at our Timonium location.

Kevin Boenning

• Takes a song-based approach to lessons, emphasizing fun along with proper technique and music theory to achieve versatile and well-rounded students
• Instruments Taught: acoustic guitar, electric guitar
• Minimum Age Required: 6+

John Jeffries

• Focuses on teaching by using the music that students are interested in
• Instruments Taught: acoustic guitar, electric guitar
• Minimum Age Required: 8+

Brian Kooken

• Has been teaching privately for 30 years and performs professionally throughout the Mid-Atlantic area
• Instruments Taught: acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, classical guitar, ukulele
• Minimum Age Required: 7+

Jacob Rivers

• Believes that students learn best when music is made fun for the student
• Instruments Taught: ukulele
• Minimum Age Required: 7+
