It is from a local one-owner non-smoking local residence and is in excellent condition. This particular piano was built new in 2011 and has been exquisitely maintained. This is a “Made for USA Destination” instrument meaning that the components have been climatically seasoned for the USA climate to maintain longevity during seasonal changes.
