This Baldwin model 665-oak console piano has been very well maintained by its original owner from a smoke-free local residence. The Baldwin 665 is a 43-1/2″ tall console piano and was built in the Baldwin – USA factory in year 1996. The cabinet is a traditional honey oak and the styling is simple yet elegant. This piano is currently available at our Menchey Music Service, Lancaster, PA piano gallery location.
This Baldwin console piano is from the top-of-the-line “Acrosonic” collection of quality-made Baldwin instruments. Features include a 19-ply hard rock maple pin-block for added tuning stability, a solid spruce soundboard for added power and sustain, and the exclusive Baldwin “full-blow” action with larger parts for faster repetition and better dynamic control.
This instrument has been thoroughly inspected and detailed by our technical staff. Preparation includes removal of all keys to clean the key bed, cleaning and sterilizing the key-tops, vacuuming the inside cavity and back of the instrument, tuning, action regulation and cabinet detailing. This beautiful Baldwin is in remarkable condition inside and out and has a full and rich tonal quality. It will provide many years of musical enjoyment for a beginning to advanced player.
