Retail Stores & School Service Overview
 One of Menchey Music Service's historical strengths has been our commitment to serving students, parents, and music educators (both private and through public/private school programs). We are able to accommodate with a combination of retail stores geared for students/parents and a school service team that services educators on a weekly basis. Our primary customer is the student -- both beginner to intermediate -- and we structure our school service/retail format to service that customer. |
 One of the benefits Menchey Music offers to parents (particularly those who don't live close to a retail store) is the Menchey Music weekly service visits to schools. Menchey Music employs 5 educational representatives who visit most regional schools on a weekly basis. These representatives pick up and deliver instrument rentals, instrument repairs, and product orders, essentially bringing the store to the student on a weekly basis. |

Menchey Music Service retail stores are geared primarily for students and parents of beginners, but we also stock instruments, accessories and print music for the amateur and even some professionals. Our stores are very parent and student friendly and our retail staff members are prepared to provide answers to the typical questions of parents who have never played a musical instrument before.Menchey Music stocks and sells the following, available at both our retail stores and through our regular school service routes to schools.

In addition, Menchey Music maintains piano galleries in some of its retail stores that stock and sell acoustic vertical and grand pianos, digital pianos, and electronic players form Yamaha, Hobart M Cable, and others.
Menchey also offers repair service at it's locations and offers it's instrument rental programs for band & orchestra instruments as well as guitars.
