Equally important as the selection of a quality organ is the ability to have it maintained to keep it performing at its optimal level. Allen Organ prides itself on maintaining a parts inventory for every model it has manufactured since the 1930s, a commitment that is unparalleled in the music products industry. Menchey Music specifically chose Allen for this reason, as its service philosophy is consistent with that of Menchey Music Service.

Betlyon Organ Service. In addition to our own service center, Menchey Music has maintained a close affiliation with Betlyon Organ Service since 1966. Since that time, Betlyon has been an invaluable resource in the installation of many digital and digital : pipe combinations for both Menchey Music and Allen Organ.

Jesse & Janet Betlyon, principals of the firm, are regionally known and respected in the church and home organ community for their leadership in organ service and installation. Jesse is certified to install and service both digital instruments (and has been since their inception in 1971) and pipe organs (since the 1960s), and is an active participant in the MITA organization (Musical Instrument Technician Association).
