 Renaissance Quantum Series
The Revolutionary Quantum™ Technology
Featuring the science of sampling with Acoustic Portrait™ and the flexibility of six Stoplist Library™ stop specifications, Quantum™ Organs redefine the state-of-the-art and take your organ performance to a new level.
Allen sampling, the foundation of Allen sound, is state-of-the-art assuring faithful sound reproduction, including the fleeting but essential characteristics that occur in the first and last milliseconds of a pipes speech. Sustained sound retains natural random pipe fluctuations without the artificial "looping" of other systems. Allen also has the worlds most extensive digital library of pipe organ sounds, with choices to satisfy every taste and need.
Allen's patented Quantum™ technology offers unprecedented control over even the smallest sound nuance, resulting in tonal realism previously not available from a pipeless organ. With years of research and development and an investment of millions of dollars, Quantum Organs can be customized in virtually endless ways -- assuring that the sounds fit your specific style and taste. Multiple DSPs (Digital Signal Processors) work together to offer supercomputer power within the organ console
Quantum Organs can be voiced both on a stop-by-stop and note-by-note basis, as found in pipe organs. This capability assures that the organ can be matched to the room in which it is installed, as well as specific musical needs.

Pipe and Digital Interfaces
Incomparable Digital Voices
Allen Combination Pipe and Digital organs are designed, built and installed with attention to detail that ensures truly artistic results, successfully melding the principles of traditional pipe organ building with 21st century technology.
At the heart of each instrument is a chorus of rich singing Principal stops, voiced to effortlessly fill the sanctuary while encouraging and enriching congregational singing. Added to this core of pipe sound are the realism, detail and flexibility of Renaissance Quantum™ digital voices. The result is a seamless tonal diversity that supports varying styles of worship, choral accompaniment and organ literature.
Many churches choose to keep their beautiful and treasured pipework while adding Allen digital stops to their existing pipe organ, all controlled by a new Allen console. This allows the addition of advanced Allen MIDI technology and the unique audio versatility of EAC™ (Expanded Audio Capabilities)-thus creating an instrument that can lead their music program well into the future while preserving their cherished past. | |
