Temporary Delivery / Courier and Warehouse Assistance – Hanover PA Location
Menchey Music Service needs several temporary employees to assist in 1) the delivery, organization, and preparation of musical instrument rentals and 2) print music receiving & shipping during our busy back to school season. Successful applicants should have valid driver’s license, and be available to work up to 40 hour work weeks between August 15 and October 30. Potentially very flexible schedules.

Temporary Back to School Recruitment help – Various locations & schools

Menchey Music needs several temporary employees from the end of August 2008 until the end of September to assist in back to school recruiting of beginning band and orchestra students. Responsibilities include any or all of the following : assisting teachers in testing students for musical aptitude, back to school night presentations/assistance, etc. Experience in working with school music programs (ie former band director) a big plus.

School Service representative
Menchey Music Service is looking for a high energy self starter to work on our school service team in developing a territory in an adjacent metropolitan area. Successful applicant will possess a background in music, high school education (College music/music related degree preferred) and strong interpersonal skills.

Retail Sales / Management – various locations
Menchey Music is always looking for high energy candidates to work in our retail stores in Hanover, York, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Timonium MD. Positions include retail sales and retail customer service, both Full time and Part Time. Promotional opportunities become available regularly for retail.
